The delivery is made only in the cities mentioned in the list of our delivery cities. The time of delivery is in between 8am and 6pm and commitment as to time is not possible. We do try to deliver the flowers & gifts at your preferred time if requested by you or by co-ordinating with the Receiver.
Orders for same day delivery shall be placed on or before 5pm IST. Orders placed post 5pm shall be delivered late evening or the next day.
Our logistics partners shall attempt the delivery of the items for once. If the delivery has not been executed during the attempt because of the wrong address, non-availability of recipient, locked premises, the customer shall still be charged for the concerned order. Being perishable in nature, neither we nor our partners shall be able to accept any returns of such items.
Delivery charges may differ as per the locations of the city.

Important Notice for Eggless Cakes:

Half-kilogram EGGLESS cakes are not available for delivery in Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Assam, and some remote parts of these regions.

For these locations, a minimum order of 1 kilogram eggless cake is required. We kindly request that orders be placed at least one day in advance to ensure timely preparation and delivery.

However, if you require a same-day delivery of a 1 kilogram eggless cake in Tamil Nadu, Kerala, or Assam, please contact us first.
In some cases - especially if you contact us early in the morning - we may be able to arrange a same-day delivery for you.
