The delivery is made only in the cities mentioned in the list of our delivery cities. The time of delivery is in between 8am and 6pm and commitment as to time is not possible. We do try to deliver the flowers & gifts at your preferred time if requested by you or by co-ordinating with the Receiver.
Orders for same day delivery shall be placed on or before 5pm IST. Orders placed post 5pm shall be delivered late evening or the next day.
Our logistics partners shall attempt the delivery of the items for once. If the delivery has not been executed during the attempt because of the wrong address, non-availability of recipient, locked premises, the customer shall still be charged for the concerned order. Being perishable in nature, neither we nor our partners shall be able to accept any returns of such items.
